CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER - CORK
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our clientis a leading Cork based engineering, project and design
firm.
They provide a range of developments from small to multimillion-euro
projects in the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure,
Education and Industrial sectors.
You would be joining a very busy team where you will be given the
opportunity to undertake all aspects of design on the projects you
work on including attending team meetings, contractor meetings, site
visits and site inspections.
You would also be given the opportunity to advance to a leading role
within a multi-disciplinary consultancy as your experience develops.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Level 8 or higher
3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
Engineers Ireland Membership (Preferably)
Experience of reinforced concrete design, structural steel, timber and
masonry using the Eurocodes
A knowledge of the relevant Technical Guidance Documents and the
Building Regulations
Excellent Communication skills
Competent in AutoCAD skills essential and experience of using Revit
would be an advantage
Chartered Engineer and advantage but not essential
Must be residing in Cork
